Your Complete Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms" ) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and li444 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the li444 website located at https://li444.io and all associated services, products, games, and features made available therein.

By accessing the li444 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the li444 platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the li444 platform in any capacity. They apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, responsible gaming policies, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. The li444 platform is strictly for use by adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet or wager on the li444 platform. li444 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Verification. li444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when account activity triggers our risk management procedures. Accepted documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, li444 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or access to the account.

2.3 Residency and Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the li444 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that online betting is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the service. li444 makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all locations.

2.4 Single Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account on the li444 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration. To access the full range of li444 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to notify li444 promptly of any changes to your registration information by updating your account profile or contacting customer support.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account will be your sole responsibility. li444 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must ensure that all information provided to li444 is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including false date of birth, false identity, or false payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

3.4 Account Inactivity. An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a period of twelve consecutive months will be classified as dormant. li444 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing inactivity fee schedule, which will be communicated to the registered email address before any deductions are made.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your li444 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within five business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements have been settled.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

4.1 Functional Currency. All accounts on the li444 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. li444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via partner institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages of the platform.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum single deposit on the li444 platform is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who complete full identity verification may be eligible for enhanced deposit limits. li444 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion.

4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your li444 account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to appear. li444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies. li444 will process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method selected. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of processing.

4.6 Withdrawal Verification. li444 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above specified thresholds will require submission of acceptable identity and address documentation. li444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks at any point in accordance with its anti-money laundering procedures.

4.7 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit and withdraw funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving funds from a third-party payment source, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. li444 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed in full before you opt in or activate the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

5.3 Welcome Bonus. New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Wagering requirements, eligible markets, and minimum deposit conditions apply and are displayed on the Promotions page at the time of registration.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. li444 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and suspend or close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets with no genuine risk to exploit wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinated betting strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds; or any other conduct that li444 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit its promotional offers.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. li444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Once a bonus has been credited to your account and you have begun wagering, it will not be withdrawn mid-progress unless there is evidence of a breach of these Terms or the specific promotion's terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the li444 platform are subject to acceptance at the discretion of li444. li444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet before it is settled, including bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

6.2 Settled Bets. Once a bet has been settled and winnings (if any) credited to your account, the result stands unless li444 determines that the bet was placed at an erroneous price, that the event result has been subsequently amended by the relevant governing body, or that fraud or match manipulation is suspected.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Markets. Specific rules govern individual sports markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ODI, and Test match betting), football, kabaddi, and all other sports offered on the li444 platform. These rules, including rules on abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations, and void markets, are set out in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.4 Casino and Slots. All casino games and slots offered on the li444 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) and are independently tested for fairness. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game client. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available in the game information panel of each title.

6.5 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical failure, malfunction, or interruption during a bet or game session, li444 will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets and stakes affected by confirmed technical failures will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

7.1 Prohibited Conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the li444 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account for personal use or registering an account on behalf of a third party;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity that constitutes money laundering under applicable law;
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location;
• Any form of match-fixing or manipulation, or placing bets with knowledge of corrupted or fixed outcomes.

7.2 Consequences. Where li444 identifies or reasonably suspects any prohibited activity, it may take any or all of the following actions without notice: suspend or close the account; void all pending and settled bets associated with the prohibited activity; withhold any withdrawals pending investigation; report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and pursue civil legal action to recover any losses caused to the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. li444 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their betting activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and are irreversible for the duration of the selected period.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Content. All content on the li444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of li444 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. li444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not use the li444 name, logo, brand, or any associated trademarks in any manner without li444's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of li444's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and will be subject to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Provided "As Is". The li444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. li444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, li444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if li444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 Cap on Liability. In all cases, li444's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether you can afford to participate. li444 accepts no responsibility for any financial loss you sustain as a result of betting or gaming activities conducted on the platform within the bounds of these Terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 Data Collection. li444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the li444 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. li444 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact li444 customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. li444's support team will endeavour to resolve all genuine complaints within five business days of receipt.

13.3 Formal Complaints.
